Meet the Team
ChAD, OWNER
Chad has been with Air Care since 1993 where he started out as an Installer. He worked his way up to Lead Installer, then into our sales department, until he purchased the business in November of 2016. Chad’s goal is to make Air Care's clients more comfortable than they ever thought possible. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife Rhonda and three children, fishing, and grilling.
JOANNE, ACCOUNTANT
Jo has been with Air Care since 2001 and handles the accounting, payroll, HR, and insurance. She says the best parts of her job are the co-workers and the coffee. When she is not in her office, you can find her out running and enjoying activities with her family.
Kristi, installation coordinator
Kristi began working at Air Care in 2023 with 4 yrs of experience in HVAC, making her an asset to our team. In her free time, she enjoys reading, hiking with her dog Stella and making memories with her son.
Dean, Service parts / warranty and sales
Dean has been in and out of the HVAC business since 1994 and is a great asset to the Air Care team. With his friendly personality and customer service skills, he takes care of service quoting, parts ordering and submitting warranty claims along with helping in Sales. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and everything outdoors.
melissa, Service Coordinator
Melissa will most likely be the voice you hear when you call Air Care, and the first person to greet you, should you stop into our office. She served in the US Marine Corps for 11 years, enjoys spending free time with her children and also enjoys hunting, fishing and camping.
Terrie, Accounts receivable
Terrie has been in the HVAC business since 1995 and joined the Air Care team in 2016. She takes care of customer invoicing, Total Care plans and assists with scheduling service. In her free time, now that her two children are grown, she enjoys the outdoors, gardening and spending time with her husband, family and two pups, Benjamin and Gracie Rae.
CARRIE, OFFICE SUPPORT
Carrie has been with Air Care since 2006. She assists in our accounts payable/receivables department and a variety of other clerical tasks as needed. In her spare time, she enjoys time with her husband and two children, golfing, and camping.
zac, Lead service tech
Zac joined our team in 2017 as a service tech. In 2022, he moved to Florida where he continued his career in HVAC. He soon realized that he prefers working where there is a change in seasons (we like to think that he also missed us). In 2023 he returned to Wisconsin and we gladly welcomed him back!
In his free time, he enjoys hiking, F1 and Nascar racing and updating his new home.
Matthew, Service Tech
Matthew joined our team in 2019 and always seems to have a smile on his face. He started out as an install tech and worked his way into the service department. When he’s not at work he enjoys golf, hunting and fishing and working on computers.
Jake, Service Tech
Jake joined our team in 2020, he came to us with a background in refrigeration. He enjoys hunting, fishing and time spent with his wife and two boys. Fun fact about Jake, when he was younger, he was bit by his piranha and received 11 stitches (we’re glad you still have all your fingers).
Wyatt, service tech
Wyatt has been working summers at Air Care since 2019 as a helper to the Install Department. In 2023, he took an interest in the Service Department and has been taking classes, while training alongside our lead service technician. In his free time, he enjoys hunting and fishing.
Neil, install field supervisor
Neil grew up with a grandfather and father in the heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration business. After graduating with an HVACR degree in 2005, he joined Air Care as a service tech. Neil returned to his family business in 2008 doing service, installation, and supporting business operations.
In 2021, Neil returned to Air Care, and we’re glad to have him back on our team.
Neil enjoys shed hunting, boating, riding UTV, bow hunting, ice fishing, projects repurposing old materials, and spending time with his daughters and wife.
DEAN, Install TECH
Dean has been employed with Air Care since 1989 and has done both install and office support. His friendly personality and great customer service skills are valued both inside the office and out in the field. He enjoys golfing, traveling, and campfires.
CODY, INSTALL TECH
Cody joined our Install Team in 2016. He started out as an apprentice and worked his way up to becoming a lead installer. He enjoys hunting, fishing and spending time outdoors.
DOMINICK, INSTALL TECH
Dominick joined our Install Team in 2017. He enjoys all his co-workers (thanks Dom, we’re pretty fond of you too), he also enjoys bow hunting, bird hunting with his dog Pebbles, gardening, grilling and working on his home…but said of all these, he enjoys time spent with his wife and son the most.
TROY, INSTALL TECH
Troy joined our Install Team in 2018. In his free time, he enjoys hunting, fishing and spending time outdoors.
Tate, Install Tech
Tate joined our Install team in 2020. He enjoys time spent with family and friends, loves the outdoors as well as fishing and hunting.
Dustin, Install tech
Dustin joined our Install team in 2022. In his free time, he enjoys racing, truck pulling, walleye fishing and pheasant hunting.
JOHN, FOUNDER
John, founder of Air Care, Inc., has worked in the HVAC business since 1974. With over 43 years of experience and a passion for his work, John devotes himself to designing the best solutions for your residential or commercial project, making sure every detail receives full and careful attention. Born and raised in Dodge County, John and his wife live in rural Horicon.
