Our installation and service technicians are experienced, courteous, honest, and dependable. All technicians attend continuing education on the proper installation and servicing techniques for today’s more sophisticated and interactive HVAC products.
Installation technicians take the time to install equipment properly the first time... noting that improper installation techniques and short cuts abound in our industry. The extra time up front translates to higher satisfaction (quieter operation, longer life, and lower operating costs).
Our service technicians will quickly diagnose and repair a problematic HVAC unit. They also perform thorough and proper preventive maintenance services designed to protect the investment in your indoor comfort equipment which lowers your operating costs and prolongs the life of your equipment. Our service technicians follow a detailed checklist, a copy of which is provided to you. This checklist allows us to track your equipment and to predict most breakdowns before they occur.

Air Care has been providing service and installations for residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems since it was founded in Mayville in 1981 by John. John is our most experienced comfort design specialist.
We expanded to our current facility at the corner of Highways 33 and 151 on Beaver Dam’s southeast side in 1999.
John then sold the business to Chad. Chad has been with Air Care since 1993 where he started out as an Installer. He worked his way up to Lead Installer, then into our sales department, along with becoming the General Manager, until he purchased the business in November of 2016.
